How do I apply my decal?

Your decal will be delivered with a clear transfer tape top and a white backing. Place the clear side down on the table and slowly peel the white backing away. Once the back is off apply the decal to the surface of the object on the transfer tape. Rub the decal with a credit card to smooth it out. Slowly peel away the transfer tape and smooth the decal out one last time.

Why has my tracking not been updated?

Your item is listed as shipped as soon as a shipping label is printed. We only ship Monday-Friday and do not ship on holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to show up.

All orders are shipped through USPS with tracking. Please be aware that USPS does not guarantee their delivery times. We cannot be held responsible for shipping times once it's in USPS hands. It's out of our control when you will receive your order. Holiday's and weather can cause delays.

Projected times are:
First Class Mail: 3-5 business days
Priority: 2-3 business days
Overnight: 1-2 business days

Shipping cost is the total price of shipping materials, handling and shipping fees.

My order was shipped to the wrong address, what do I do?

Please make sure your address listed at checkout is correct before placing your order. I will not be held responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address. If an order comes back to me, you will be charged shipping again.

I need my item sooner than the 2-3 week processing time!! Can you do that?

Please send us a message before ordering to confirm we can get your materials in time to rush your order!

If it is possible to get your order out the door in time for you, we will do it!

Does Ivy and Kay do custom orders?

Yes, we can design a custom order for you. If you provide a design to us, Ivy and Kay Creations LLC is under the assumption that you have permission to use the design. Please send us a message to create something special for you!
